Job Description:

  • Directs the project team in ensuring construction quality, schedule, and cost performance of multiple projects
  • Work effectively under pressure with employees at all levels, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
  • Advises on areas of staffing, equipment, assets and financial requirements
  • Monitors financial performance of the project, managing resources and assisting the supervisor in negotiating change orders as necessary to maintain client satisfaction and profitability


  • Minimum Bachelorís degree in Engineering, Construction Management
  • Minimum 10 years related construction work experience in U.A.E with experience on high rise towers
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication (both oral and written) and leadership skills
  • Solid computer skills are required; ie. Microsoft Office, Primavera and related estimating software
